It has built a company's family ten core values which help the workers to work as a team to achieve the necessary objectives. The company does not encourage prejudgment among the employees allowing them to exercise their skills adequately. With the primary business strategy to create happiness among the workers, productivity has been increased at Zappos. It offers training to the workers as well to make them have adequate knowledge about the company and to stay committed. The employees are entitled to numerous benefits that the company offers them which include life insurance, vacation, and sick time among others.
