However, the following steps need to be put forward to continue having a great customer base more so for the students. Offer packages to students. The following need to be done when offering the students packages: Offer daily products that they use every day to make them need to come back instead of providing products that they rarely use. Give some free products to them as a way of retention instead of selling a single product to them. Publix stores have not been offering packages to students. This is an option that should be considered as a way to retain them. Provision of packages gives customers a better idea of making them need to come back more often until the package is over. This period gives you the time to provide them a significant customer base.
