Therefore, it is worthwhile to pay extra for organic food. Health is a critical goal in development for any nation. A healthy country is equally wealthy. The proof of good health given by organic food is seen as many consumers including Pollan testify of the nutritional benefits. Furthermore, buyers get an opportunity to ask about the growth and development of the foodstuff they get to buy (Pollan 134-184). They also get a chance to visit the farms and see how the goods get produced. The cost of organic food regardless of how high is worth the spending of money. It involves one of the rarest food industries because it ensures touch between the producer and consumer for the satisfaction of all parties. Organic food has proven to be tastier, healthier, and safer that is why people are going for its purchase rather than industrial foods (Pollan 134-184).
