Student’s Name Course Instructor Course Title Date Impact of fast food Even before reading the debate, I am against any fast food being sold in hotels and restaurant. The main reason most people like fast food is that accessing the food takes few minutes and in many cases, people have it as take away. However, we need to look at the health benefit of the fast food in our bodies. Most of the fast food joints cook food with a lot of fats that is not healthy with our body. The fat used to prepare the fast food is not natural and when consumed in the body it can cause the arteries to block. One of the major reasons why many people like fast food is because of the spices used. Most of the fast food is made from corn products and according to research done; corn is not that friendly with your bodies. It is believed that most of the corn planted is not natural as most people think. Some years back our lands were very fertile. However, with environmental pollution, the fertility is no more and most farmers are using strong chemicals to make the soil fertile. In order to produce a lot of corn to be used in the fast food, many farmers are using chemicals on the farms. Once the corn is planted in that soil, it will absorb some of the chemicals. Later the corn is sold to unsuspecting people. That’s the main reason nowadays most people are suffering from chronic diseases like cancer. Your health should come first; therefore, it’s good to avoid fast food in order to live many years. Therefore, my decision after reading the debate does not change, I still support the idea that first food is not good. ...
