Individuals from different backgrounds can share authentic and meaningful conversations centered at encouraging each other and thus expanding their worldviews. As a result, they can discover themselves and explore new life possibilities. Nursing is a lifetime journey that needs active nourishment to flourish. Concepts/constructs/ internal variables Patient-Centered care focuses on the patient’s physical and emotional needs rather than the nursing process. Watson’s theory stresses on achieving inner harmony to enhance the healing process.
