These are in situations when they are not surfing the internet. As such, the situation is one needful of critical approach in order to cater for the educational needs of the students while at the same time enhancing their inclusivity in modern civilization. Additionally, most homes are sailing with the technological tide as it is seen in the installation of network receivers and acquisition of internet-enabled devices. In this regard, educators should develop a mechanism in which students will not only be allowed to use a cell phone but use them in an educative manner. This will be an acceptance of the current state of affairs.
