Kellyanne Conway, Trump’s adviser, said that Medicaid would be a block grant program funded by the federal government. Further, Bovard of the Heritage Foundation is the view that there has to be transparency in debating medical care in the states as the repealing of the Obamacare is done, and the federal regulations should be looked at keenly to serve the best interests of the citizens. Medicaid is funded by the federal government and the state to oversee medical care. Medicaid-eligible population in America will increase as the federal government will have the responsibility of funding to ensure there is affordable and accessible medical care to everyone.
